The victim of a fatal hit-and-run was located in Jurupa Valley on Wednesday, Sept. 20, deputies said.

At 3:31 p.m. on Wednesday, Riverside County Sheriff’s Department deputies responded to a call regarding a body on the 5500 block of Mission Boulevard.

Sheriff’s Sgt. Deirdre Vickers said deputies found the victim of a hit-and-run. Authorities pronounced the victim dead on the scene.

There was no immediate information regarding the suspect or the suspect’s vehicle.

The identity of the victim, if known, had not been revealed to the public.
